Themis Ecosystem, a multi-billion-dollar business environment, stands at a pivotal juncture. The team is gearing up for the simultaneous launch of several projects that will synergistically and cumulatively drive rapid business acceleration, development, and expansion. With these initiatives set to unfold across various European cities, the challenge is all the more daunting.
This marks a significant turning point poised to propel other projects’ development, firmly establish Themis Ecosystem as a prominent and influential player, and unlock numerous new opportunities. Consequently, there is an expected increase in the price of their innovative green industrial e-voucher, PP8 IRMU. Purchasing PP8 IRMUs has thus far been the only way for supporters to participate in any of the projects under the Themis Ecosystem brand.
Simultaneous Launch of Many Innovative Projects
Among the projects awaiting launch is the Biomass Ultima (BU) factory. It represents innovative technology for converting woody biomass into green electricity, utilizing a unique process to achieve maximum efficiency. The process is emission-free, generates negative CO2, and boasts a plethora of by-products in high demand. In addition to green electricity, the final products include organic tar, organic carbon, organic wood vinegar, and organic fertilizer.
The next project to launch simultaneously is Green Vertical Farming (GVC). Under the brand name John’s Organic Roots, lettuce and other vegetables will be cultivated in a particular unit without pesticides or other chemical agents. The first GVC module will be located near the BU factory, emphasizing their direct connection. Notably, all electricity for GVC will be sourced from the BU factory, significantly reducing production costs. A part of the crop will be distributed to neighboring families with lower social standards, while the remaining part will be sold on the market.
Another project slated for launch concurrently falls under the category of charity work. The antistress chamber Asclepius8 offers natural but neuro-scientifically and psychotherapeutically proven stress reduction therapies based on plant essences, light, and sound innovative multisensory quantum effect. The Asclepius8 unit will be stationed on bustling streets in major cities and available to all passersby. The therapies will be provided free of charge.
All these activities demand not only a lot of work but special skills and experience as well.
New Projects Demand New Personnel
With the simultaneous launch of multiple projects, the team faces a classic human resource challenge. The new specialized tasks will require a greater number of specialized and experienced professionals.
Since the projects are entirely new, the team cannot utilize existing personnel, as they are not highly specialized or experienced enough to take on new areas. Another reason why current staff members cannot assume new roles is that they are all fully occupied.
Roberto Hroval, the founder of the Themis Ecosystem, stated: “Our strategy is to hire only when we can provide the candidate with an optimal environment for work and development, which also means well-prepared projects and conditions for full engagement. This way, we achieve the necessary momentum. At the same time, we do not want to burden existing executors beyond their limits, which would lead to a decline in the quality of their existing work.”
He mentioned that the team is already in discussions with experts from various fields who would be suitable candidates for assuming new roles. The areas where the team will seek new experts include IT, human resources, project management and supervision, law, PR, logistics, engineering, economics, strategic development planning, particular financial operations, and cybersecurity.
Outsourcing Couldn’t Handle the Job
The first focus will be on hiring managers who will master the highly demanding field of project management, considering legal regulations, coordination between companies, harmonizing international laws, etc.
The initial plan was to outsource at least part of the tasks or engage specialized agencies. This approach did not work out as they realized their work was too specific and innovative for agencies to handle and execute according to their values and principles.
An additional reason is their teams are strongly intertwined. Work within the Themis Ecosystem is based on multidisciplinarity, so candidates must have a broad range of skills and be able to collaborate effectively with other teams.
How Will Themis Ecosystem Acquire the Best Talents
As the biggest challenge, Roberto Hroval highlighted the selection of the candidates. Here, the team will follow a proven recipe top companies use when searching for top talent. The company will not hire based on job postings and accepting applications but through headhunting.
The scouts of the Themis Ecosystem have been in the field all along. When they encounter a suitable candidate, they observe them in their business and other environments. In addition to assessing their skills and experience, headhunters pay attention to the candidate’s character, sense of responsibility, and ability to work in a team. Knowing what kind of energy they bring in and how to influence coworkers is crucial.
All candidates will undergo several audition stages, proving their abilities, character traits, and responsibility. The selected experts will form the essence of the projects, so they must embody a winning energy and be future-oriented.
“We will choose those candidates,” the funder said, “who do not need additional work motivation and are not looking for some undefined opportunity in our environment, let alone solely a good income. We want experts with a documented track record of top performance on similar tasks who are passionate about our project and for whom the priority is well-done work. Their greatest reward must be satisfaction from completing the project. We will provide appropriate rewards and an excellent environment in which they will feel comfortable, enabling them to develop their potential further. With each performer, we want to build a long-term relationship in which both parties are not just satisfied but excited about the collaboration.”
Even More News
In addition to developing projects set to launch soon, the company will also expand its office space and relocate part of it to a new location.
Hardly a week goes by without visits from entrepreneurs and potential new or existing investors who primarily want to see the new Biomass Ultima factory. They are particularly interested in the differences between competitive projects and innovations that cannot be seen elsewhere.
The founder mentioned they have already had visits from various European countries and America. He personally takes the time to guide visitors through the factory and answer all their questions. In May, they also expect a significant visit from Germany.
Besides doing regular tasks, the team also prepares new websites and updates to accompany new projects, such as John’s Organic Roots brand, the OIX exchange, Project Phoenix8, Biomass Ultima, etc.
Experts suggest that all of the above will open quite a few new doors for Themis Ecosystem. Many prominent entrepreneurs and financial institutions are observing the development of the projects and awaiting the grand opening. Consequently, the team expects a significant influx of orders for new factories, contracts with new business partners, and new “drivers” for Themis Ecosystem.
Nonetheless, one of the most important consequences will be the price increase of PP8 IRMU, which is of greatest interest to current and future supporters.
