The guy implicated of assaulting Home Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s other half, Paul Pelosi, pleaded innocent in a San Francisco federal court Tuesday early morning.
David DePape, 42, is charged with the tried kidnapping of a federal authorities and attack of an instant member of the family of a federal authorities.
For the kidnapping charge, DePape deals with an optimum of twenty years in federal jail, 3 years monitored launched, a $250,000 fine and potentially restitution. For the attack charge, he deals with an optimum of thirty years in federal jail, 5 years monitored release, a $250,000 fine and potentially restitution.
DePape’s federal public protector, Angela Chuang, stated they are not looking for release from custody. He is being gone back to state custody and will remain in the custody of the San Francisco Constable’s Workplace.
The only words he stated were his name. At a previous court look, DePape’s arm remained in a sling due to a dislocated shoulder. His arm was not in a sling Tuesday.
His next federal court look will be on November 30.
