GOP-led committees plan to issue subpoenas in Biden probes without consulting Democrats

The GOP-led Home Judiciary Committee and choose subcommittee on the so-called weaponization of the federal government strategy to embrace a guideline that will permit Republican members to release subpoenas without speaking with Democrats days ahead of time, according to 3 sources knowledgeable about the matter.
