The federal government is taking legal action against Arizona for putting shipping containers at the border as a short-lived wall, according to court files submitted Wednesday.

In August, Arizona Gov. Doug Ducey, a Republican politician, released an executive order informing the state’s Department of Emergency situation and Armed force Affairs to utilize shipping containers to fill out spaces along the border, and did so without authorities licenses or permission, CNN formerly reported. The federal government has actually been coping the state since to get the containers got rid of, according to the suit.

The federal government is requesting the court to oblige Arizona to eliminate all products positioned and to “compensate the United States for any actions it requires to require to reverse Arizona’s actions.”.
