The rioter at the front of a mob that went after United States Capitol Policeman Eugene Goodman up flights of stairs near the Senate chamber on January 6, 2021, has actually been sentenced to 5 years behind bars.

In a sentencing memorandum, district attorneys stated that “Jensen was a ringleader throughout the attack on the U.S. Capitol, working to rile up the crowd and motivate others to follow him into and through the structure.”.

Prior to a deputy United States Marshal accompanied him out of the courtroom, Jensen blew a kiss to his other half, being in the audience, who returned one to him.
