Alabama governor asks to pause executions and review system after recent lethal injections halted

Alabama Gov. Kay Ivey has actually asked the state’s chief law officer to stop briefly executions and asked for a “top-to-bottom” evaluation of the state’s capital penalty system following numerous stopped working deadly injections.
