The strategy, established through U.S.-led diplomacy with Qatar, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Turkey, Pakistan, and Indonesia, develops an international stabilization force to protect Gaza, supervise demilitarization and secure civilians as Israel slowly withdraws.
