A transgender lady desired by the U.S. Migration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) is implicated of stalking and raping a 14-year-old kid in New york city City.
Nicol Suarez, a 30-year-old trans migrant from Colombia, was jailed Wednesday after apparently following the kid into the restroom of a bodega throughout the street from Thomas Jefferson Park and assaulting him, according to a report in the New york city Post.
The kid had the ability to leave the restroom and flag down witnesses after the attack, leading to Suarez’s arrest the next day.

Suarez was currently desired in both New Jersey and Massachusetts at the time of the criminal offense, the report notes, while ICE had a detainer on the Colombian migrant, the company’s method of asking for that any police that jail the suspect hold him to be committed federal authorities.
