Pelosi blows up on press reporter: ‘Stop talking!’

U.S. Deputy Chief Law Officer Todd Blanche released an official letter to leading California authorities Thursday, alerting them versus any efforts to detain or restrain federal police officers imposing migration laws.
The letter, dealt with to Gov. Gavin Newsom; state Attorney general of the United States Rob Bonta; Rep. Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif.; and San Francisco District Lawyer Brooke Jenkins, worried that federal representatives and officers are performing legal responsibilities, and any disturbance by state or regional authorities is both “unlawful and useless.”
The letter was sent out after Pelosi, the previous Home Speaker, and Rep. Kevin Mullin, D-Calif., released a declaration Wednesday threatening to detain federal representatives if they break California law.
If founded guilty, the Democrats kept in mind, President Donald Trump can not pardon representatives.

” Reports of a prepared mass migration raid in the Bay Location are a dreadful abuse of police power,” Pelosi and Mullin composed in the declaration. “While the President might delight in outright resistance thanks to his rogue Supreme Court, those who run under his orders do not. … Individuals of San Francisco will continue to stand with the patriotic immigrants who are the continuous reinvigoration of America.”
Blanche shared his action in an X post, composing, “We simply sent them a letter: Stand down or face prosecution. Nobody threatens our representatives. Nobody will stop us from Making America Safe Again.”

The letter mentions numerous federal statutes that criminalize attacking, hampering or conspiring versus federal officers, and keeps in mind the supremacy stipulation of the U.S. Constitution determines state authorities can not prosecute federal representatives for actions taken in the course of their responsibilities.
Blanche directed California leaders to “maintain all composed and electronic interactions and records associated with any efforts or efforts to restrain or block federal police authorities,” forewarning that the Department of Justice will examine and prosecute any authorities who breaches federal statutes.

” We advise you and other California authorities to openly desert this obvious criminal conspiracy, to stop threatening police, and to focus on the security of your residents,” Blanche composed.
Pelosi’s workplace did not instantly react to Fox News Digital’s ask for remark.
