Democratic Sen. Chris Murphy on Sunday stated the Senate must have a discussion about whether to continue moneying police in so-called “2nd Change sanctuary” states and counties.

Murphy stated 60% of counties in the U.S. refuse to implement state and federal weapon laws throughout a look on CNN’s “State of the Union,” calling it a “growing issue in this nation.”
