A Maine guy who won the $1.35 billion Mega Millions prize is suing his child’s mom for apparently informing his household about the win versus his desires.
The guy is taking legal action after winning the Maine state lottery game back in January. He chose the one-time money payment of $723.56 million that would offer him simply over $404 million after taxes.
His identity was not likely to be identified due to the fact that he had the choice of declaring the payouts under a trust to keep his identity concealed.
In the suit gotten by The Daily Monster, the guy, recognized just as “John Doe,” is looking for damages from his child’s mom, recognized in the suit as “Sara Smith,” for exposing the win and possibly endangering his public identity and security.

2 weeks before the guy declared the reward in February, the lady signed a non-disclosure contract needing her to keep the guy’s lottery game win a trick till their child turned 18 in June 2032 to “prevent permanent damage of permitting the media or the general public in basic to find” his identity, physical area, possessions and their child, as reported by the LotteryPost.com.
The guy consented to supply her with assistance and continuous security resources in exchange for her finalizing the NDA.
According to files, breaching the NDA would entitle the guy to “legal and fair relief … without the requirement or need of showing real damages.” This relief can consist of financial damages, lawyer charges and costs accumulated by the guy after a breach.

Under the NDA, “Sara” was needed to notify the guy within 24 hr if she broke the contract. She did not alert him of the infraction after apparently exposing the win to his daddy and stepmother over the phone, LotteryPost.com reported. The news then made it to his sis, and more individuals might understand of his lottery game win.
The files mention that the unapproved disclosure of the win caused “John” suffering “permanent injury,” which “there is instant and impending threat that ‘John Doe’ will continue to suffer permanent injury for which there is no appropriate treatment at law.”
The guy is asking the mom to expose who else she outlined his lottery game win. He is looking for a minimum of $100,000 for each time she broke the NDA, in addition to lawyer charges and court expenses sustained.
