Russia declares an emergency in Kursk, under attack by Ukraine. 11 killed in Russian strike on mall

Russia stated a “federal-level” emergency situation in the Kursk area following a massive attack from Ukraine and sent out supports there on Friday, 4 days after numerous Ukrainian soldiers put throughout the border in what seemed Kyiv’s most significant attack on Russian soil given that the war started.
