North Carolina judge rejects RFK Jr.'s request to remove his name from state ballots

A North Carolina judge declined to take Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s name off governmental tallies in the battlefield state on Thursday, a day before the very first batches of November absentee tallies are slated to be sent out to signed up citizens who requested them.
