Man is critically wounded in double shooting in D.C., police say

A male was seriously injured Monday night in a double shooting near the southern idea of D.C., according to the D.C. authorities.

The male was unconscious and not breathing after the shooting, which was reported about 9:30 p.m. in the 4600 block of South Capitol Street SW, stated Sgt. Adrian Channer, an authorities spokesperson.
