Man fatally shot Sunday in Northeast Washington, police say

A 34-year-old guy was fatally shot Sunday afternoon in Northeast Washington, D.C. authorities stated.

Michal McKinney of Northeast Washington passed away at a health center, according to authorities. Efforts to reach his loved ones were not effective.

The shooting happened about 3:52 p.m. in the 1200 block of Brentwood Roadway NE.
