Judge tosses some counts against Trump, others in Georgia election case

The judge supervising the Georgia election disturbance case versus Donald Trump and others on Thursday threw out 3 counts in the indictment – consisting of 2 counts brought versus the previous president – stating that they lie beyond the state’s jurisdiction.
