Judge temporarily blocks Trump's attempt to shut down USAID

A federal judge stated Friday he is putting a minimum of a short-term stop to President Trump’s strategies to position countless staff members at the U.S. Company for International Advancement on administrative leave, dealing another legal obstacle to the brand-new administration’s effort to improve the federal government administration.
