MADISON, Wis.– An immigrant who was apprehended after a Milwaukee judge apparently assisted him evade federal representatives has actually been deported.

Eduardo Flores-Ruiz, 31, pleaded guilty in September to unlawfully reentering the United States after he reached a handle district attorneys. The U.S. Department of Homeland Security tweeted Friday afternoon that he has actually now been deported.
