Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem on Wednesday went to the high-security El Salvador jail where Venezuelans who the Trump administration declares are gang members have actually been held because their elimination from the United States. The trip consisted of 2 congested cell blocks, the armory and a seclusion system.
