Forecasters warn of fire risk amid low humidity, wind gusts as Pine Barrens fire burns

Forecasters on Friday cautioned low humidity and gusty wind increased the threat that fire might establish throughout parts of New Jersey, Philadelphia and its residential areas and Delaware as firemens continued to fight a large wildfire in the Pine Barrens.
