Deadly hit-and-run in New Mexico brings juvenile justice challenges into focus

Behind the wheel of the taken cars and truck was a 12-year-old kid. In the front guest seat was a young boy who simply days previously had actually marked his 11th birthday. He was waving a pistol as a 15-year-old kid in the rear seat taped video of what cops referred to as a purposeful hit-and-run.
