PARIS, Nov 24 (Reuters) – French business Derichebourg (DBG.PA) might integrate its services department with that of French catering business Elior (ELIOR.PA), although Derichebourg has no prepare for a takeover quote for Elior, the French business stated on Thursday.
Both Elior and Derichebourg were reacting after Bloomberg News reported late on Wednesday that Elior was thinking about a tie-up with Derichebourg, which is Elior’s greatest investor.

Elior’s shares were up by approximately 10%, while Derichebourg were up 1.6% as they resumed trading after a suspension.
Dericherbourg likewise validated those talks however included it did not prepare a complete quote for Elior.
