ISS reportedly told Frontier shareholders to abstain voting on the Verizon deal (FYBR)

• Proxy consultant ISS has obviously suggested Frontier Interaction ( NASDAQ: FYBR) investors to avoid voting on the proposed $10B sale of the business to Verizon ( NYSE: VZ), Bloomberg reported on Friday.
• The report stated ISS supports the proposition to adjourn the investor conference arranged for November 13.
