A popular Muslim advocacy company is taking Texas to court, arguing that Gov. Greg Abbott’s choice to brand name it a “foreign terrorist company” tramples both the U.S. Constitution and state law.

The Council on American-Islamic Relations’ (CAIR) Dallas-Fort Worth and Austin chapters submitted a federal suit Thursday looking for to reverse Abbott’s pronouncement provided previously in the week.
