EXCLUSIVE: Pennsylvania legislators alerted Harrisburg authorities of a possible crisis on their hands before Monday’s arrest of an Uzbek unlawful immigrant trucker in Kansas who held a PennDOT business motorist’s license (CDL).

Senate Intergovernmental Operations Committee chairman Jarrett Coleman shared a letter with Fox News Digital that he sent out simply days earlier to PennDOT Secretary Mike Carroll requesting responses to how unlawful immigrants were getting CDL licenses regardless of mentioned extensive identity checks.
