Trump meets with Japan’s first female leader, signs rare earth, critical minerals supply

President Donald Trump and Japan Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi on Tuesday signed a structure arrangement for protecting the supply of crucial minerals and unusual earths through mining and processing, the White Home stated.

The arrangement followed Trump’s conference with Japan’s very first female leader, as part of his broader journey to Asia. Both Washington and Tokyo are wanting to reinforce their supply chains for unusual earth components, which are utilized all over, from renewable resource to electronic devices and cars and trucks.
